1. Order Cancellation Window
Time-Sensitive: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Once the following events occur, the order is considered FINAL and cannot be cancelled:
After 12 Hours: If more than 12 hours have passed since your purchase.
Processing Begins: If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team for packing.
Shipped: If the order has already been handed over to our shipping partner or courier service.

3. Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is accepted within the 12-hour window:
Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. Refusal of Delivery
Please note that refusing to accept a package at the time of delivery does not constitute a cancellation.
If you refuse the shipment, the order will be returned to us.
Since the item was shipped as requested, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (both original and return) , which will be deducted from your refund amount, or you will forfeit the right to a refund.
