1. Quality Inspection Before Shipping
Our Guarantee: All items are thoroughly inspected for quality control (stitching, hardware, material defects) before they are packed and shipped from our facility in Dubai.
If an item does not pass our internal quality check, it will not be shipped to you.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Defective/Damaged Items ONLY) We only accept returns in the following scenarios:
Defective Product: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken zipper, detached strap, major stitching error) that was not caused by normal wear and tear.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong model or color).
Damage in Transit: If the item arrived physically damaged due to shipping (e.g., crushed box, torn material upon arrival).
3. Time Frame for Reporting Issues To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within [Insert Number, e.g., 3 or 5] days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or no longer like the product.
Size/Fit: “First copy” bags are replicas and may have slight variations in size or proportions compared to the original. We do not accept returns based on size expectations.
Minor Variations: Slight differences in stitching, color shades (due to monitor settings), or smell (new smell) are not considered defects.
Normal Wear and Tear: Issues arising after the item has been used for an extended period.
“Mirror Quality” Disputes: If the product does not meet your personal expectation of what “mirror quality” should be, but is free of manufacturing defects.
5. Return Process If your return is approved (based on Section 2 & 3):
Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address (usually our local Dubai address).
Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
Outcome:
If approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
6. Refunds Once your return is inspected and approved:
Store Credit (Recommended): We strongly prefer to offer Store Credit (valid for 1 year) so you can choose another item from our collection.
Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we will process it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
7. Cancellation vs. Return Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the Return Policy above if there is an issue with the item after delivery. Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for orders cancelled before shipping.
