Fast Processing: We know you’re excited to receive your bag! All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Inspection: Before packing, every item undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it meets our AAA/7A grade standards.
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM UAE time will begin processing the next business day.

4. Discreet & Premium Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy.
Discreet Packaging: Your order will be shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no external branding or labels indicating the contents.
Internal Protection: The bag is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
An Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
An SMS/WhatsApp Message (if you provided a mobile number) with real-time updates from our courier partner.

6. Shipping Confirmation
We recommend that you provide a mobile phone number at checkout. Our couriers often require a phone call to confirm delivery before dropping off the package, especially for gated communities or villa compounds in Dubai.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive the package, they will usually make 2 more attempts or leave a note to schedule a redelivery.
If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts (wrong address provided or customer unresponsive), the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee to have the order sent out again.
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)
Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the UAE, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Delivery Times: International shipping typically takes 5 – 10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
9. Order Not Received?
If your tracking information shows as “delivered” but you have not received the item:
Check with family members or building security (receptions in Dubai buildings often accept parcels).
Check around your property (behind plants, under doormats) as couriers sometimes hide packages for security.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 24 hours at [Insert Email/WhatsApp] and we will open a investigation with the courier company on your behalf.
